Here’s another picture of little R. This ultrasound was pretty cool because it was so different. Before, the entire baby could fit on the screen at one time, this time only parts of the baby could be seen at any one time. So, this picture is sort of a combination of two images, one that was of the head (on the right) and the other is of the body with the two confirmed legs. It was pretty exciting to see both of the legs this time, since previously we had only seen one. Good to know that our little one will be walking around.

I have a few more exciting stories to share, but they will have to wait for another day. I want to tell all about my first childbirth class at the clinic where I will be giving birth and I want to write about an interesting Japanese pregnancy tradition, the hara-obi. But it will have to wait.
